My focus in practice is working with individuals and families who are facing grief, loss, chronic illness, depression, anxiety, PTSD, or have no idea what is going on but they just don't feel okay anymore. Being overwhelmed and burdened by life, amid a pandemic, and other past traumatic events can lead many to a state of confusion, denial, and self destructive behaviors. Relationships suffer or are torn away without any control or warning.
